Growing up in a family of mostly men, I have been used to enjoying and engaging in the activities that my brothers and my dad had been into. My mom had died when I was young, so I am the only female in the house. One can only imagine how things are around the household when I am surrounded by men. And having suitors or boyfriends are not a good sight in the house as well.

This is the reason why I have been used to hunting and all sorts of outdoor activities with my brothers and dad. One of the things I love to do though is hiking, since it gives me a certain sense of freedom. My dad even gave me one of those Dozier knives as a gift so I can be better prepared for anything while I am in the outdoors.

My friends and I own a business together, something we have worked so hard for over the years. After working in the industry for a long time, we all decided that this was something that wasn’t for us. We then moved to save enough money so we can all just simply start our own company. Who would have thought that we would all be successful only two years from forming the same?

I always plan out camping and hiking trips with them as a way of relieving the stress we feel on the job. This is the reason why our weekends are oftentimes cleared out for these instances. I always make sure that aside from the essentials we have to survive the outdoors, I also bring an adventure medical paddler series paddler. This way I can be sure that we would be able to treat all sorts of things from any minor accidents we encounter.

My friends and I planned to go on a camping trip so we can get something else done other than going out on bars on a Saturday night. A friend of ours had recommended this nice place, and even volunteered to bring us there for the weekend. Everyone was so excited about the whole trip, and I immediately packed the things I would need for the trip.

That is, until I realized that I had already thrown off my old tent before I moved to my new apartment last year. I was in panic when I told my friend about it, and she assured me that I have nothing to worry since she plans to bring a 3 person tent anyway. I was relieved because I have a tent to stay in, and I would not have to look for a person I can borrow one from.

Fishing was something that was first introduced to them by their father and they still do even though he has already passed on. I would understand that my husband and his brothers are extremely close, and they would need those times when they can be on their own to have fun.

I wanted to make sure that they are always safe during these trips of theirs since I am not around. I got my husband this standard horizon radio which I saw on the internet as a way of making sure that they will be perfectly fine particularly while they are on the water. The sea can be very tricky and I never know what may happen to them.

Every month I make it a point to climb a new mountain to add to my list of peaks in my journal. It has been my passion ever since I was in college, and it soon made me realize I wanted to chronicle all the mountains I have climbed over the years. It was sort of part of my bucket list to climb as much mountains as I can to be able to appreciate the beauty in my surroundings.

I have found the best mountaineering buddies in my friends. They too love taking on these trips and appreciate the world from a far better view. I always make sure I have my Chinook tents ready so we can have a comfortable time resting and sleeping. This provides us enough energy we will need in order to be capable of engaging in these activities.

My son and ex-husband will go on a camping trip this weekend and I am a bit afraid for my son since I will not be around. My son is quite a sickly and weak in health type of kid, so I am very protective of him. Since this is his birthday request from his father I have no choice but to give a thumb’s up. After the divorce this is the first time my husband actually brought my son to a trip ever.

I wanted to make sure that my son will be alright in my ex-husband’s hands, so I personally packed all the things they may likely need. His medicines, clothes, extra blankets and Katadyn Micropur tablets just so I can make sure he doesn’t come back with any sort of stomach problems. I am sure that my husband will take care of him, I am simply just a worrier.

Kayaking is one of the ways by which I can get some exercise done around this small town. Although we have a gym near the house, it makes everything much more boring and I tend to be a bit lazy to head out to the gym just so I can work out with other sweaty individuals. Taking advantage of the natural surroundings especially when you are in a small town is something I always opt for.

Since this involves being in the water all the time, I was really excited when my father finally gave me his Garmin GPSMap 76 which I can use to help me find my way. This is perfect since I no longer have to worry about getting it all damaged in the water like the previous one I also inherited from my dad. At least I can enjoy myself without getting lost in the process.

My friends and I are planning to go on an adventure this month after we are through with school. We wanted to get away from the city so we decided to head out for the outdoors. This is something we have always wanted to try out, but since we have conflicting schedules and classes, none of our plans actually got realized. Now that classes are out, we have no excuse not to push through with it.

I wanted to make sure that everything would go perfectly, so I planned ahead and got us some discounted camping cheap tents. They were of on a bargain the other day, so I could no longer hesitate from getting them. After all, the prices of these things when I was browsing in the mall were way higher there than online. At least we can get to save more and have everything ready by the time we set out for our adventure.

After my family was able to experience the worst hurricane in our area, I knew that my kids already had that certain trauma about the entire thing. I wanted to make sure that they will always be okay especially when I am usually out on business trips during the weekends. With my wife and my daughters at home, I tend to be worried about their safety at times.

Aside from checking up on them regularly, I also make sure that we have family survival kits stacked inside the house. I also have food packs and other items which we needed to have back then but we were not as prepared when the hurricane struck. At least this time we would be able to come better prepared and protect ourselves from the disaster that may come in the future.

There are instances when we encounter scrapes and minor wounds in the home and go right ahead for a supply on our medicine cabinets. When we check on our medicine cabinets though, we would soon realize that we have run out of stocks that we need. We have no other choice but to head out to the store or even ask our loved ones to get us what we need on their way home.

It is important for homes and offices for that matter to fill up their medicine cabinets with first aid refill pack. This ensures that you have everything covered all the time and would not have to worry about not being able to attend to mishaps in the home. Stocking up on these supplies are crucial as we never know what to expect in the future.
